When a dental appointment is reserved, our staff is ready to meet your needs in a timely and efficient manner. This reserved time is exclusively for you. If you feel you require a courtesy call, please request this from our administrative staff when you reserve your appointment.

We respect your time. We make every effort to stay on schedule and most of the time we do. We ask that you help us do this by arriving at least 5 minutes before your reserved time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Despite our best intentions, treatment emergencies do arise on occassion, causing unavoidable delays. However, we do set aside "emergency" time in our daily schedule to help alleviate delays in our schedule. If you should develop an emergency situation please call us as soon as possible so we can schedule time to relieve your discomfort.
