Your dental health is one of the best investments you can make for yourself. After you come in for your Comprehensive Dental Health Assessment we will set up a consultation with you to review our recommended treatment plan(s) and range of fees for these services. Being sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide some payment options. With every member of our dental family we have financial clarity to eliminate any gray areas.

Payment Methods
Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that full payment for services be made at the time of treatment or if you prefer, half at the time of scheduling and the remainder at the time of treatment.

Pre-Treatment Courtesy
For existing patients, we offer a 5% courtesy discount on all treatment plans ($900 or higher) when the full payment is made for the entire treatment plan prior to your first treatment visit. We accept payment in cash and/or personal checks to receive this discount. We can offer a 3% courtesy discount if you choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Payment Plans
Our financial partner, Care Credit, have convenient payment plans available which allow you to spread out payments over time and make elective or necessary dental procedures affordable for any budget. Some of the features include: financing up to $25,000, Interest free plans for up to one year on charges over $1000, flexible interest rates, low monthly payments for up to 5 years, as you make payments you free up monies for future treatment, can be used at other healthcare providers who utilize this option(i.e. pharmacy, doctor's office), no prepayment penalty, hassle-free application and confidential online decision in minutes. Dental Insurance
We work with most dental insurance plans and will be happy to assist you in receiving reimbursements for your treatment. At the current time Dr. McCoy is a participant of Cigna Dental Insurance and is accepting new patients with this type of coverage.

For your information, dental insurance should never be considered a pay all but rather a supplement to dental expenses. As a courtesy to you we will submit your insurance claim immediately following your dental visit, usually via electronic submission before your dismissal. On a side note, although most dental insurance plans do not cover cosmetic procedures, part of your treatment may be preventative and functional and is therefore included in your scope of coverage. If you have a dental insurance plan that chooses to reimburse you directly, we will submit your claim as a courtesy, but payment in full will be due at each visit. Some of the current plans that do this are: Delta Dental, United Concordia, Washington Dental, Horizon Healthcare, Rayant, and Blue Shield. If you have dental insurance plan that will reimburse our office directly, then we will estimate your portion due and to be paid at each visit. Please remember it is just an estimate.
